Why was my auction ended early?

There might be different reasons why your Ebay auction was ended early:

Unauthorized-Copies

1.) if your auction listing included graphics and/or text from our listings, partially and or in full.

2.) if you offer a product/website/service that you formerly purchased with us and want to resell it without a written permission from IOP. We consider this unauthorized resell activity.

3.) if you offer a reproduced, duplicated product/website or service similar or identical to one of our webbusiness models (click here).
This does include also similar websites even with a different name/ domain name, look and feel- and graphics/logos.
Since this action is based on "organized theft of digital property, we call this theft of digital property, we will persuade this crime until your item is removed entirely from the Internet.

We conduct extensive and thorough investigations into websites and auctions which may be infringing on our digital property rights by the sale, reproduction and distribution of any of our products and/or services partially or in full.
We will notify Ebay and have your auction(s) shut down.
Examples of copyright infringement also include the use of graphics and/or text that you have copied from our auction listing and used in your eBay auctions and/or reselling our products and services you once bought without written permission to any third party.

Once we have established that this is occurring, we take the appropriate actions to protect our rights. Please review our User Agreement and Copyright Information sections regarding this matter.

What you CAN NOT DO:
You CAN NOT use our offered products, services to:
a. To reproduce them partially or in full,
even if you change name, look and feel of one of our products and/or services and/or auction listing.

b.Gain personal profit of any kind by reselling or redistributing them in any form either individually or as part of any collection.
NO RESALE RIGHTS - UNLESS YOU HAVE WRITTEN PERMISSION FROM IOP!

c.Feature in any type of web gallery, online or offline in order to compete with the services offered by our company.

We do conduct thorough investigations into suspicious web activity and auctions:
that may infringe on Internet Operation & Production products and/or services in any form.
Once we have confirmed that our products, services and/or auction listings are being copied or duplicated partially and/or in full, sold copy, redistributed, and/or reproduced we will take every legal action against you and/or your company.
This action includes, but is not limited to your hosting company, your payment gateway, and other companies that may be involved in the illegal sale and distribution of our products and /or services.
We will notify Ebay and have your auction(s) shut down.
We will trace the hosting company and the payment gateway that is used in the illegal distribution of our products and notify them of your activities.
We will inform our company's attorneys to file all of the necessary legal paperwork so Internet Operation & Production can pursue formal legal actions against all parties involved in the illegal distribution and sale of our products and/or services.
If you have purchased these illegally distributed products from another source that may have claimed they had resell rights, and then in turn you attempt to resell the same products, we may take the same actions against you, especially in cases where you refuse to cease your actions.
It is your responsibility to determine whether or not you are infringing on the rights of certain copyright holders before selling an item. Ignorance is no excuse. We do not discuss the details of our investigations with offending sellers or the general public per legal standards.

Due to the nature of product being sold and intellectual property laws, Internet Operation & Production in general does not give refunds,
unless otherwise stated in the auction and/or sales details.

Some of our websites and business models, offered through Ebay, comes with a limited 3 day money back guarantee.
We realized that through the nature of an auction, some buyers get "emmionally" involved with an item, and bid without having a clear understanding about the website.

IF the domain name of the website was not transfered yet and/or the buyer did not have any access to download the website,scripts or graphics partially and/or in full,
we offer for 3 (three) days after auction ended, a FULL MONEY BACK GUARANTEE
in case the buyer changes his/her mind - minus ebay and paypal fees.

If the access to download was given and/or domain name was transfered, there will be NO refunds given - no exeptions.

The new owner is responsible for editing for the web graphics and templates by using our copyright content. All of our products and services are provided to you with no warranty either expressed or implied.
