3th. 2004 ---------------------- Feb. 12th. 2004 We are ready to move the IOP Panel to its stand alone server. We expect way better connection speed and an outstanding improvement of over all operation. The service will be offline for max. 24 hours starting tonight at 11PM. Please back up your data in case you follow up on services received. ---------------------- Jan. 19th. 2004 We are exepriencing the first complete crash on our IOP ControlPanel server. March. 15th. 2004 We receive
information that some of our clients do not receive email from our Helpdesk
and/or the following email addresses: ---------------------- Feb. 13th. 2004 back online is the IOP Panel server. We are happy that the service was unavailable for only 7 hours in total. We tested the panel's connectivity from 4 (four) different continents and we messured less tha 2,4 sec for a 56K connection - WOW! ---------------------- Jan.19th. 2004 Unfortunately during the outtage we lost all datas from our clients for the IOP ControlPanel server only. All websites are in smooth operation with no outtage or lost data. We remind again our customers that you are solely responsible for back ups of your websites and datas stored on our servers. ---------------------- Jan.12th. 2004 Some of our users experiencing slow operation within the IOP ControlPanel. We are checking on this issue and keep you informed. ----------------------------- |
Feb. 21th. 2004 Due to the new server for the IOP Panel we have to start all promotions and traffic campaigns after Feb 28th. 2004 - sorry for the delay. ---------------------- Jan.20th.2004 The IOP ControlPanel server is back up and working properly. Despite the loss of current data, we could recupe the current usernames and passwords through our own back up system.
