We urge our customers with open requests, pls open customer support tickets at your earliest convenience. We expect being under mandatory evacuation within the next 24-72 hours.
We will respond to all open tickets as quick we can - first come first served bases. Regular (not "urgent" marked requests) will have to wait until hurricane Wilma is gone and our support center is back in operation.

We are under mandatory evacuation due to hurricane Wilma. Our servers are co-located in various different US states, so no worries that you site go down. However, our regular support center will not be in operation during this mandatory evacuation of Lee County Florida.

IOP clients will be able to choose in thevery near future the quaility of their traffic campaigns and choose the language and interests of the visitors they pay for. During this merger and partner implementation, the real time traffic viewer in your webmaster panel may be limited or not accessible. Sorry for the inconvenience. Expect 5 days for transfering all existing clients.

We have scheduled an emergency maintenance, involving a PDU (Power Distribution Unit), for tonight. COM-SECURE will go down tonight at June 13th 11.59 pm CDT.. Your site should automatically boot up after power is restored. Power should be restored at 12:31 am on the 14th of June - Thank you for your understanding!

Server RN3 is sceduled to a security upgrade: We upgrade RN3 to the newest Ensim security settings available. During this proccess, RN3 operation may be limited in certain areas. We have 3 back up servers in place but expect some outtages in certain locations.

we experience ongoing attacks from an eastern european source on server RN3 . We had to restart/reload RN3 with an outtage of 12 minutes from 11.32PM - 11.44 PM.

Traffic servcies will be delayed this month as fo our hurricanes we experienced. Our network traffic provider located in Orlando, is working hard to deliver the traffic to our webmaster clients as it becomes available. Some of their traffic generating sites have been down for a month almost.

back online is the IOP Panel server. We are happy that the service was unavailable for only 7 hours in total. We tested the panel's connectivity from 4 (four) different continents and we messured less tha 2,4 sec for a 56K connection - WOW!

We are ready to move the IOP Panel to its stand alone server. We expect way better connection speed and an outstanding improvement of over all operation. The service will be offline for max. 24 hours starting tonight at 11PM. Please back up your data in case you follow up on services received.

The IOP ControlPanel server is back up and working properly. Despite the loss of current data, we could recupe the current usernames and passwords through our own back up system. All service data stored was unfortunately lost.

We are exepriencing the first complete crash on our IOP ControlPanel server. We are working hard on it and expect to be back online within the hour.

Unfortunately during the outtage we lost all datas from our clients for the IOP ControlPanel server only. All websites are in smooth operation with no outtage or lost data. We remind again our customers that you are solely responsible for back ups of your websites and datas stored on our servers.
